Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ShowroomSuites (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

ShowroomSuites provides software for managing leads, customers, quotes, projects, deliveries, installations, invoicing and communications, with optional integrations to Google, Microsoft, RingCentral, QuickBooks and other providers.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity in your account.
• The owner of an organization is responsible for the actions of users they invite into that organization.
• Keep credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Send unsolicited communications, spam, malware or harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service or its security controls.
• Use the Service to store or process information that requires regulatory regimes we do not support (e.g. PCI cardholder data, HIPAA PHI) unless agreed in writing.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Free trials, when offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant ShowroomSuites a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

When you connect a third-party service (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, RingCentral, QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Analytics, etc.), you authorize ShowroomSuites to access and process data from that service on your behalf, subject to that provider’s terms. You can revoke access at any time from Integrations.

Some features use AI models to generate suggestions, drafts and summaries. Outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before sending or acting on it. Customer Data is not used to train third-party general-purpose models.

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with the same care it uses for its own (and at least reasonable care) and use it only to perform under these Terms.

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShowroomSuites disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users or third parties. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be notified inside the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, except where prohibited by law.
